SHIPPING POLICY

Prayer Mats and More, LLC ships our products via UPS and/or USPS for orders. The shipping method will be at the discretion of Prayer Mats and More and is based the best shipping option for the delivery location.

The shipping and handling rate is based on the quantity, weight and delivery location of the customers order. We ship Monday thru Friday in the United States. We currently do not ship to other countries.

Current Stock Orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt of order. Order 50 or more allow additional time for processing and delivery. Please call to discuss shipping.

RETURN POLICY 

Prayer Mats and More, LLC strives to provide high-quality products to our customers.  Therefore, we have adopted the following return policy: 

Products which are defective or damaged in shipping can be returned and will be replaced. 

Our return policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage or application. 

Customers are asked to contact us at 470-913-2305 or via email: prayermatsandmore@gmail.com to discuss any returns and to obtain the RMA#. The RMA# must accompany all returns. 

Products are to be returned within (30) days of receipt of order.
